FCC CCS/FDC CCS
The CCS busbar is the key connection between the battery and the BMS (Battery Management System). It consists of an information acquisition module, a plastic structural member and a copper-aluminum busbar, which are integrated into a single unit through riveting and other processes. Its main functions include the realization of high-voltage series-parallel connection of battery cells, battery temperature acquisition, voltage acquisition and over-current fuse.
FCC CCS:
FCC combines the advantages of FFC and FPC to provide an efficient and reliable solution for battery management system.The main body of FCC signal acquisition component is FFC, and the FPC/FDC is soldered or laser welded on the FFC, which is ultrasonically welded or laser welded on the FPC/FDC and the Aluminum Bar, replacing the welding of the nickel piece and the Aluminum Bar to achieve the voltage sampling requirements, and realizing the voltage sampling of nickel-free piece. Voltage sampling without nickel piece, reduce cost.

FDC CCS:
