Harness CCS/Harness Energy Storage CCS
The CCS busbar is the key connecting component between the battery and the BMS (Battery Management System). It consists of an information acquisition module, a plastic structural member and a copper-aluminum busbar, which are integrated into a whole by riveting and other processes. Its main functions include the realization of high-voltage series-parallel connection of battery cells, battery temperature acquisition, voltage acquisition and over-current fuse.

Wire harness CCS refers to the use of wire harness as a carrier for information collection modules, connecting copper and aluminum busbars and plastic structural components. The technology of this process is mature and has the advantages of stable signal transmission, high reliability and low cost, but its automation degree is low.
