Differential Pressure Sensors

The NOVA Differential Pressure Sensor (DPS) utilizes MEMS pressure sensing technology to detect harsh media pressures for DPF/GPF applications.DPF/GPF smog loads are estimated by the increase in filter pressure drop measured by the DPS. As such, the DPS is key to the control and diagnostics of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) or gasoline particulate filter (GPF) emission system.

Characteristic:

  • Operating temperature range: -40℃~140℃
  • Operating Pressure: 0~100KPaD
  • Output range: 10~90%Vcc
  • Accuracy after aging: ±3%Vcc
  • Can be modified to specific pressure ports, pressure ranges and electrical connector requirements according to customer needs
  • Upstream/downstream pressure (dual mode) and single analog output formats available
  • Other operating differential pressure ranges: e.g. like -1.7 to 34.5 kPa, supply voltage: 4.75V-5.25VDC-34.5 to 68.9 kPa and -68.94 to 68.94 kPa
  • Automotive parts validation

Appliance:

  • Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF)
  • Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
