AASCAFS Gas Mass Flow Sensors are made with Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) flow sensing chips for clean, relatively dry low-flow gas measurements and process control for a variety of applications. Unique packaging technology allows the products to meet different ranges of flow measurements and ensures high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability and low cost.

  • Analog output (1 to 5 V) (digital 12C communication output available)
  • Adaptable to relatively humid gas measurements
  • Operating temperature: -25°C to 85°C
  • Storage temperature: -40°C to 90°C
  • Humidity: 0 to 100% RH
  • Sensor is resistant to condensation
